 Operating Engineers Local 115 Pension The Operating Engineers' Pension Plan is designed to provide you with a retirement income comparable to your earnings during your working career. Your Operating Engineers' Pension is provided in addition to your Canada Pension and Old Age Security. There have been many improvement to the Pension Plan since it was instituted on May 1st, 1970. Improvements will continue to be made depending on the the financial resources of the Plan. This is your Plan and your interest and suggestions are welcome.
